Michael Vogel began his successful career in the venture capital/private equity industry in 2002. He then specialized in venture capital at the Munich University of Applied Sciences in 2005–06 and completed the certificate program at the Europäische Akademie für Finanzplanung (European Academy for Financial Planning). To date he has helped make venture capital investments in more than 25 companies through three funds. V+ GmbH & Co. Fonds 3 KG builds on the sound track record of the previous V+ investment funds, supported by public auditor Uwe Kerner of Dresden, the Supervisory Boards and our partners.

Uwe Kerner has focused on the organization and optimization of business processes since 1995. As a certified public auditor and tax adviser, he advises international companies across all industries on the acquisition and sale of interests and on questions related to the valuation of companies and/or interests. As part of an extensive private equity network, he works together with investors and companies to develop and implement their strategic goals.
